Mind Id overhaul the ranks of the Director, there are three new positions

Holding BUMN Mining Industry MIND ID overhaul the directors of his directors by replacing three directors and adding three new positions.

The appointment of new names is the result of the decision of the shareholders after holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) was held on Tuesday (10/6). The reshuffle is part of the company's transformation effort.

If detailed, Aditya Kusumo was appointed as Director of Finance and Investment to replace Akhmad Fazri who previously served as Director of Finance.

Then, the Director of Portfolio and Development is now held by Kuswantoro Pranabudi, replacing Dilo Seno Widagdo. Furthermore, the Director of Risk Management, Legal, and HSSE is currently held by Firman Santyabudi.

The company also added three new positions to strengthen the company's strategic direction

The three new positions, Budi Santoso, were appointed as Director of Mineral Resources Processing Planning, Tedy Badrujaman as Director of the downstreaming strategy and mineral ecosystem, as well as Pambudi Sunarsiahanto who served as Director of Corporate Transformation and Human Capital Management.

Meanwhile, the Managing Director of Mind ID is still held by Maroef Sjamsoeddin and the position of Deputy President Director is also occupied by Dany Amrul Ichdan.

The ranks of the commissioners remain strengthened by President Commissioner Fuad Bawazier; Independent Commissioner Agung Setya Imam Effendi, Nugroho Widyotomo, and Pamitra Wineka; As well as three other commissioners, namely Astera Primanto Bhakti, Grace Natalie, and Tri Winarno.
